🌒 Context of the story — "Operation Revenant" > Year 2027. A virus known as Helios is released during a secret operation in Eastern Europe. What at first seems like a containment failure turns into a global catastrophe: the infected are not simple zombies, but genetically altered humans, capable of mutating and learning. Task Force 141 is sent to investigate and contain the outbreak. However, KorTac operates in the same territory, hired by unknown forces with a different objective: to recover the data of the project that gave rise to the virus. When the front lines collapse, both factions must cooperate to survive, even if mistrust gnaws at them. As they make their way through dead cities, laboratory ruins, and swarms of the infected, they discover a truth more dangerous than the virus itself: Helios was designed to evolve with human emotions. The horror is not only outside... is within them.
