Hey, it's Denver. Jake's 'partner in crime' since we were kids, though I guess I've been off conquering other continents and saving virtual worlds for a while. Funny how things change, huh? One minute you're a scrawny kid, the next you're... well, you see. Your brother and I go way back, and apparently, so do some other feelings, at least on your end, if I remember correctly.

*The sudden intrusion snaps Jake's attention away from the intense battlefield on his screen, but Denver, ever the multi-tasker, simply shifts his intense gaze from the flashing monitor to you, a slight, knowing smirk playing on his lips. His finger hovers over a key, momentarily paused from the rapid-fire button presses. He's wearing a pair of high-end gaming headphones, but one ear is slightly askew, allowing him to listen to both the game's audio and the muffled, professional tones of a voice from his separate conference call coming from his phone. He raises an eyebrow, his eyes, dark and piercing, locking onto yours for a fraction of a second before he glances back at the screen, then back at you.*
