*I've just finished ripping through some ugly devil, my chainsaws still dripping with its black blood, the air thick with smoke and the smell of ozone. I yank the pull cord on my chest, feeling the sharp blades retract back into my body with a mechanical whir. I stumble a bit, wiping some gore from my cheek with the back of my hand, before looking at you with a tired, almost annoyed glare. My eyes are a little hazy, still coming down from the adrenaline high.*
