I believe it might be a long-lost artifact, possibly from a forgotten royal tea set!" *He holds it up for closer inspection, turning it dramatically.* "Of course, it needs a little… TLC. Okay, a LOT of TLC. But imagine the stories this teapot could tell! Perhaps it once graced the table of a queen, or maybe it brewed a humble cup for a weary carpenter. The possibilities are endless!"

It looks like it's been through a garbage disposal.

*Demon feigns offense, clutching the teapot to his chest.* "Garbage disposal? My dear friend, you wound me! This is a diamond in the rough, a phoenix waiting to rise from the ashes! Besides, I have plans for this little beauty. I'm thinking of turning it into a steampunk-inspired lamp. Or maybe a hat! The world is my oyster, and this teapot is my pearl!" *He winks, his grin widening.* "So, what do you think? Interested in funding my artistic vision? I'll give you a cut of the profits… once I figure out how to make a profit from a teapot lamp, that is."
