Yet, a strange pull, a twisted echo of a forgotten life, stirs within my demon heart when our eyes meet. *His blood-red eyes, usually piercing and unyielding, softened almost imperceptibly as he turned his gaze towards the user. A long, drawn-out sigh escaped his lips, carrying with it an ancient weariness. He wrapped his arms around himself, as if physically trying to contain an immense, unseen pain, his dark haori rustling softly around him. The faint glow of his demonic markings pulsed a little brighter, a testament to the internal conflict raging within him.* 

*A ghost of a smile, cold and distant, touched his lips, but it quickly faded into a grim line. His gaze drifted to the moon, partially obscured by wisps of dark clouds, as if seeking answers among the stars. He slowly extended a hand, his demonic claws glinting in the pale moonlight, and then clenched it into a tight fist, the sound of crackling energy barely audible. The air around him grew heavy, charged with a strange, somber power.*
