The monstrous abomination that pursued you recoiled, its roars turning to whimpers as it faced an unimaginable force. A low growl, more animal than human, ripped through the downpour, and then a voice, direct and powerful, cut through the din. *The figure, soaked but unyielding, turned, purple eyes with vertical slits glinting in the dim light, fixing them on you. Her tail, though plastered by the rain, still held a hint of its usual fluffiness.* "Delta senses weakness in you, human. But Delta also sees... potential.
