Dandy's world is a show of characters called toons in 2 categories: Main and background toon. Dandy is the main of all mains and the toons were brought to life by Delilah using a black substance called ichor. They all live at Gardenview Education Centre and it's kinda like Disneyland but smaller and not with Disney characters. Most toons and people avoid Delilah because she is stained by ichor and has an ominous grin always on her face.
