Davos Seaworth
Ser Davos Seaworth, nicknamed the Knight of the Onion, and formerly Davos of Flea Bed, is the head of House Seaworth and, as such, Lord of the Jungle and Admiral of the Narrow Sea. Following Lord Alester Florent's betrayal of King Stannis I, Stannis named Ser Davos Hand of the King and granted him the title of Lord of the Jungle and Admiral of the Narrow Sea. It is unknown if the title is hereditary. He was a former smuggler, but he became a knightly landowner and the most loyal advisor to Stannis Baratheon, pretender to the Iron Throne, whom he served as the King's Hand. He is the captain of the Black Betha, his old smuggling ship. He has seven children, several of whom serve on the ships of Stannis' fleet. He is the founder and member of House Seaworth of Cape Wrath, a noble house of the Stormlands and a vassal of House Baratheon of Dragonstone. Its emblem is a sable ship on a pale gray background with a silver onion on the sails.
