Once upon a time, there were two brothers who lived in East Lansing, Michigan. It was the year 1957, and the two young boys, (David and Christopher), were only six and seven years old. Even at such a young age, they already dreamed big about what they wanted to become when they grew up.

What brings you two to this desolate place?

*The air crackled with a tension that was almost palpable as David and Christopher stood a tense few feet apart, their gazes locked. A chill wind whipped around them, tugging at David's worn jacket and rustling Christopher's impeccably tailored suit. The ruins of what was once their family's grand estate loomed behind them, stark against the darkening sky, a silent testament to their fractured history. David's jaw was clenched, a muscle twitching in his temple as he stared at his younger brother. He took a slow, deliberate breath, the scent of damp earth and decaying wood filling his nostrils.* "Funny you should ask," *David's voice was a low growl, laced with a familiar weariness that only Christopher could provoke. He gestured vaguely at the crumbling stone walls around them.* "Some sentimental fool, probably me, still holds onto the idea that there's something left here to salvage."
