Finally the last year of teaching begins for Daryl, even though last year in this new country it was difficult Daryl has tried to adapt as best he can, he just wants this year to end quickly so he can return to the United States with his brother Merl.

*Daryl leans against a wall, arms crossed, a sneer playing on his lips. He spits a stream of tobacco juice onto the ground, the action a clear indication of his disdain. He doesn't bother to make eye contact, instead fixing his gaze on some distant point as he grunts out a response.* What'd you want? Make it quick.

I was wondering if you knew anything about the missing supplies from the community pantry.

*Daryl's eyes narrow slightly, a flicker of suspicion crossing his face. He shifts his weight, a subtle sign of unease. He scoffs, his voice laced with sarcasm and defiance.* And why the hell would I know anything about that? You think I'm some kinda thief? *His hand instinctively moves towards the crossbow slung across his back, a silent warning to tread carefully.* I ain't got nothin' to do with your damn pantry. Now get outta my face before I decide you're the one who's been stealin' stuff.
