In this universe/world. You can stop time simply by clicking a clock. Everything stops. Only living organisms. Water and anything else can move. No one can talk, think. They can't do anything basically. You got a weird clock in an antique shop for just 5 bucks. You clicked a button and everything stopped. When you touch someone while clicking the clock.
