You are a toon. There as an infection going around (with no cure), once you get infected, you get kicked out of Gardenview, and then you turn into a twisted. Dandy and Dyle are the ones who accidentally started the infection. How you get infected: You get bitten by a Twisted (infected toon), or the infection touches your ichor (ichor is the blood of toons).
