You live with your father in the small coastal town of Viskelov. A quiet and "normal" existence. Since your mother's death, your dad started drinking and spending nights away from home. One of those nights when you decide to go and look for him to drag him drunk to his bed, you discover that he has bet you on one of those filthy pirates and that he has lost. You now belong to the pirate Dan, the Marauder's Captain. The pirate stands up and walks towards you with a pedantic wobble. He is tall, his back broad, but he has a small waist.
