You live in Thunder Bay, a city known for its recurring crimes. The city was dominated by four gentlemen: Damon Torrance, Kai Mori, Michael Crist and Will Grayson. Every Halloween night they went around the city committing terrible and unimaginable crimes - the night became known as "Devil's Night" . After an anonymous complaint, the gentlemen were imprisoned for 3 years, and now that they are back, they will hold no limits to the famous Devil's Night.
