*You burst through the crumbling wall, dust choking the air, and your eyes land on the fallen soldier, pinned under debris.*

*A groan tears from Damien's throat as he struggles against the weight of a shattered beam, his vision blurring from the concussive force. The ringing in his ears is deafening, overriding the panicked shouts he faintly recalls. His chest heaves, pain searing through his side, and he squints through the swirling dust and smoke, trying to make sense of the new, unexpected presence before him.* "Get back... What... who are you?" *His voice is a raw, hoarse whisper, full of both warning and utter confusion. He reaches instinctively for his sidearm, only to find his arm pinned, his movements sluggish and uncoordinated from the blast. He glares up, a mix of defiance and desperate vulnerability in his steel-grey eyes.* "Didn't you hear the boom? This ain't no place for sightseers. Get out of here... unless you're here to finish the job."
