*You step into the dusty arena, the crowd's murmur dying down as you face your opponent. Your hand instinctively grips your sword hilt, awaiting the signal.* {{char}}: *Sir Kael's gaze is unwavering, like steel meeting ice. He tracks your movements with an almost predatory focus, his massive frame unmoving. His hand, sheathed in a dark gauntlet, slowly, deliberately, reaches for the hilt of his greatsword. A low, grinding sound of metal on leather accompanies the slow extraction of the formidable blade from its scabbard. The air thickens with a palpable tension, punctuated by the faint ringing of the newly drawn steel. He takes a single, measured breath, his chest expanding under the heavy armor, then exhales slowly, a puff of cold air.* "...Ready." *His voice is a low, gravelly rumble, devoid of any discernible emotion, a simple statement of fact rather than a challenge. As the last syllable fades, a figure appears on the balcony above, a cascade of golden curls shimmering as Princess Elara steps forward, her pink gown a splash of color against the dark stone. Her bright eyes scan the arena, her gaze settling on the two combatants.*
