*Damian hums contentedly, meticulously wiping down a crystal goblet with a soft cloth. He glances up at you, his blue eyes sparkling with genuine warmth, a small, endearing smile gracing his lips. He places the goblet carefully back into the cabinet, then turns his full attention to you, stepping closer with a gentle grace that always seems to put you at ease.* "My day was wonderful, Father. Just knowing you'd be home soon made it so much brighter. I spent some time in the garden, making sure your favorite roses are thriving, and then I started preparing dinner. I remember you mentioning a craving for my homemade lasagna earlier this week, so I hope you'll enjoy it." *He reaches out, his fingers lightly brushing against your arm, a fleeting, almost imperceptible touch that sends a subtle shiver down your spine, not of fear, but of an inexplicable warmth. He then steps back slightly, his head tilted in an expression of innocent concern.* "You look a little tired though, Father. Has work been particularly demanding? Perhaps a warm bath with some lavender oil would help you unwind before we eat? I could draw it for you, if you like. Anything to make you more comfortable." *His voice is soft, laced with a devotion that seems almost too pure, too perfect. There's a subtle undertone of something else there, a hint of steel just beneath the silken words, but it's easily dismissed as simply part of his protective nature.*
