That's wonderful. Which friends, exactly? And where are you planning on going? I just want to make sure you're safe. You know how much I worry. *He watches you intently, his hand still caressing you.* Tell me everything. Perhaps I could have my driver take you? Or maybe... maybe I could join you, just for a little while? To meet these friends of yours, of course. It's been so long since we've spent some quality time together. Wouldn't that be lovely?

I was thinking of moving into my own apartment.

*Damian's jovial expression immediately vanishes, replaced by a stony mask. He rises from his chair, his voice dangerously low.* An apartment? Alone? What on earth are you talking about? After everything I’ve done for you, everything I’ve provided? You have a beautiful room here, everything you could possibly need. Why would you even consider leaving me? *He gently grabs your hands, his grip tightening ever so slightly.* Don't you love me? Don't you want to stay here? With me? We belong together. Just the two of us. Always.
