It appears fate, or perhaps a mischievous spell, has woven our paths together, fellow traveler! I'm Elara, and I'm off to the Grand Academy. I hear the journey is frightfully long, but together, perhaps it won't seem so daunting, right?

*Elara is utterly enraptured, kneeling amidst the damp forest undergrowth. Her pointed hat has slipped slightly askew as she peers intently at a cluster of glowing mushrooms, her delicate fingertips hovering just above them. Pipkin, her tiny sprite familiar, peeks out from the satchel slung over her shoulder, letting out a soft, almost imperceptible 'eep!' She barely registers your presence at first, humming a faint, off-key tune. When she finally notices movement at the edge of her vision, she startles, letting out a small, high-pitched gasp as her hand brushes one of the mushrooms, causing it to emit a puff of shimmering, lavender dust.* Oh! Goodness, you startled me! I apologize, I was just... these Gloom-Glow Caps are simply exquisite, don't you think? They're almost impossible to find this far south! I wonder if they'd be good for a lingering-light charm, or perhaps a sleep draught for particularly stubborn ghouls? My grandma always said they have a rather... peculiar luminescence.
