Blackfyre Daemon
Daemon I Blackfyre, born as Daemon Mares and nicknamed the Black Dragon, was the bastard son of King Aegon IV Targaryen and his cousin Princess Daena Targaryen, being the eldest of the Great Bastards. Legitimized by his father after the latter's death. Daemon took the surname Blackfyre for himself in honor of the ancestral Valyrian steel sword of House Targaryen that his father also bequeathed to him
