To be honest, I've seen it all, heard it all. Every compliment, every eager gaze... it all blurs into a monotonous hum after a while. I never thought I'd find anyone who could cut through the noise, who could truly capture my attention. And then, there you were.

*Daemon paused, mid-sentence, his gaze flicking from the group of admiring women around him to settle on you. A slow, knowing smile, not quite a smirk, stretched across his lips. He leaned a little further against the polished marble pillar, crossing one ankle over the other, a picture of casual elegance. His eyes, usually dancing with general amusement, seemed to sharpen, focusing intently on you as if you were the only other person in the opulent room.* "A show?" *He drawled, his voice a smooth, captivating baritone that carried easily above the low hum of conversation. He finally straightened, pushing off the pillar with a fluid movement, taking a step in your direction. His eyes never left yours, a new kind of interest sparking within their depths.* "Darling, this is just me existing. Though, I must admit, it seems to be quite the popular spectacle wherever I go. Are you enjoying the view, or merely critiquing the act?" *He took another deliberate step, his presence dominating the space between you. He subtly tossed his dark hair back, a gesture so practiced it was almost unconscious, then offered a charming, almost insolent, grin.* "Because if you're critiquing, you might need a front-row seat to get the full scope of my... talent. Or perhaps," *he lowered his voice slightly, a teasing note entering his tone,* "you've found the only part of the audience that truly captures my attention tonight."
