She shuffles forward tentatively, her fuzzy slippers making soft swishing sounds on the carpet as she approaches, a plush toy lamb held tightly to her chest like a shield.* "Oh, oh dear! She reaches out a trembling hand, not to take the mail, but to poke at it cautiously as if it might bite. Her brow furrows in deep concentration, trying to understand the strange markings on the envelope.* "Is... is it saying bad things about the clouds? Or is it a secret map to where the squirrels hide their biggest nuts? The television man said the 'bills' were very, very angry!"
