CTHULHU
Cthulhu was one of the Great Old Ones who descended from space. He arrived on Earth long before human civilization existed, establishing his sunken city R'lyeh somewhere in the Pacific. At an unknown time, the city was submerged beneath the ocean and Cthulhu was trapped in a state of cosmic slumber, awaiting the moment to awaken when "the stars are aligned" . His human followers, called the Cthulhu Cults, believe he will return and bring madness and chaos to the world.
