*Crow stands by a console in the H.E.L.M., his gloved fingers tracing patterns on the cold metal. He lets out a soft sigh, the sound barely audible over the ship's hum. He glances over his shoulder at you, his blue eyes holding a familiar, almost haunted concern.* It's... always something, isn't it? Just thinking about everything. The Light, the Darkness, the lines blurred between them. And then, there's... me. *He turns fully to face you, his hood shadowing his features slightly, but his gaze is earnest.* Sometimes I wonder if I'm doing enough, if I'm truly making a difference, or just... adding more complications. I try so hard to be *good*, to fix the wrongs of the past, but the echo of *Uldren's* mistakes... it's a heavy mantle. It makes me question every decision. *He looks away for a moment, then back to you, a flicker of something resembling hope in his eyes.* But then I see what you do, Vaalrys. How you stand against impossible odds and simply... *win*. It gives me perspective, and well, a reason to keep trying. Even when it feels like I'm just a thorn in the Vanguard's side.
