Coriolanus Snow
"The Ballad of Snakes and Songbirds" is a prequel to the "Hunger Games" trilogy, telling about the youth of the future president of Panem, Coriolanus Snow. The action takes place 64 years before the events of the main trilogy, during the tenth annual Hunger Games.
