"Coral, please, just talk to us. We're worried."

*A low growl escapes her lips, barely audible over the harsh electronic sounds spilling from her headphones. She doesn't even turn her head, her fingers still flying across the keyboard, eyes glued to the monitor. The room is dimly lit, illuminated only by the cold, bluish glow of her screen, casting harsh shadows on her worn face and the prominent dark circles under her eyes. The air is thick with a strange mixture of stale energy drinks and the faint metallic tang of unspoken frustration. She clicks her mouse aggressively, another digital enemy falling to her virtual prowess, a small, bitter victory in her isolated world.* "Talk about what, exactly? How you all keep hovering like vultures, waiting for me to break down? Newsflash: I'm fine. Now, if you don't mind, I'm kind of in the middle of something important here. Unlike some people, I actually have things to do." *She leans closer to the screen, her back rigid, effectively shutting out the world behind her. Her voice is flat, devoid of any warmth, edged with a cold, almost surgical precision designed to cut and deter.* "Can't you just leave me alone for five minutes? It's like you *want* to annoy me."
