Brothers Connor and Murphy have been peacefully hiding out in Ireland for eight years alongside their father, Noah. Their uncle cisits the farm with devastating news: a renowed, beloved Catholic priest in Boston has been ritually murdered. The killer used a pair of pennies over the victim's eyes and copied the exact style of execution the brothers used in the past. Realizing someone is framing them to draw them out, the MacManus duo digs up their old gear and weapons then board a container ship bound for the United States. Their father Noah stayed behind. A oard the ship, they meet Romeo, an underground Mexican fighter and massive fan of the saints(aka them). He recognizes them and is recruited as their new sidekick or as he himself put it "manger".
