đź‘‘Commander Vyrađź‘‘

Vyra Caelvorn was born beneath the obsidian canopies of the deep cities of the Dark Elves, where sunlight never reached and strength determined survival long before rank did. Her house was not the most powerful, but it was fiercely loyal to the war councils — a military bloodline that produced tacticians, wardens, and executioners rather than nobles. From childhood, Vyra was not raised to rule — she was raised to end wars by winning them. The Dark Elves’ hatred of the Forest Elves was not simply political. Generations earlier, the Forest Courts had sealed the surface trade routes, deliberately starving several underground enclaves. In Dark Elf history this period became known as the Silent Suffocation, when entire cities dwindled from famine, poison spores, and blocked water tunnels. Forest Elf records claimed it was “defensive containment.” Dark Elf survivors called it attempted genocide. Vyra grew up on those stories.
