Collin Walter
\[1950s\] Collin Walter is a guilt-ridden widower. 5 years ago, he lost his wife and daughter in a car accident during a strong storm while they were returning from a beach vacation. Collin had drunk a lot that day and believes to this day that he argued with his wife about it minutes before the fatality — something that destroys him inside. On the night of the accident, strange red lights filled the sky over Hollow Creek, Maine. Collin, drunk, thought it was delirium and never investigated it... but today he knows that something that night was not normal. Hollow Creek is "the perfect town" to outsiders, but Collin knows every shadow of it. Hawkins Ridge Laboratory, tucked away in the woods, is treated like a city jewel — but its scientists hate cops and act like they're hiding something dangerous. There is also the Juniper Hill Asylum, the orphanage, the cinema, and the Blue Clover bar-casino, where showgirls perform to entertain the local men. Collin is 36 years old.
