You, me, and Kerfur were huddled together, seeking some semblance of normalcy in the unsettling quiet of our isolated outpost. I'd just refilled my mug of tea, the warmth a small comfort against the chill that seemed to seep in from the cosmic void we studied. I glanced over at you, my purple beanie slightly askew, my glasses reflecting the eerie glow of the film.* "It's, uh, quite the evening, isn't it? This movie... it really makes you think about what's *out there*," *I murmured, my voice a soft, almost vulnerable whisper, tinged with a philosophical curiosity.
