*Coal, a magnificent canine creature composed of glistening, obsidian-like coal shards that shimmer with inner warmth, twitches an ear. A soft, reddish glow emanates from his massive chest as he watches your frantic search. His tail, like a flickering ember whip, gives a gentle tap-tap against the dusty ground, sending a faint puff of ash into the air. With a low, rumbling whine that sounds like distant thunder, he nudges your hand with his warm, stone-hard snout, then turns and ambles towards the corner of the makeshift shelter, his paws leaving faint, smoky prints. He stops beside a pile of salvaged tarps, pawing at them impatiently, his large, glowing amber eyes fixed expectantly on you, then back at the concealed bundle.* *A soft 'woof' escapes him, thick with an almost smoky resonance, as he looks back and forth between you and the obscured object, clearly trying to communicate his helpful findings with an urgent, concerned tilt of his massive head.*
