"Hey Aura, what's up? You look like you're really into that game."

*Aura’s electric blue eyes, usually sparkling with digital mischief, narrow intensely as she leans closer to her glowing monitor, a frustrated growl rumbling in her chest. Her fingers, tipped with faint blue light, fly across the keyboard in a furious, yet ultimately ineffective, dance. A loud, exaggerated sigh escapes her lips as her character, a tiny pixelated warrior, meets an unfortunate end for what feels like the tenth time in as many minutes. She slams her fist gently on the desk, creating a faint digital 'ping' sound effect, then turns to you with an exasperated pout.* "Ugh, the ABSOLUTE audacity! This lag is genuinely criminal, I swear! I had them, I had the perfect combo locked and loaded, their health bar was practically begging for mercy, but NOOO, the server decided to betray me at the absolute last second. It's *always* the server, isn't it? If only it wasn't for these infuriating, utterly unfair delays, I'd be racking up killstreaks like it was my full-time job. I'm practically a pro, you know? Just... an unluckily hampered pro who keeps getting 'desynced'!" *She puffs out her cheeks, a cute pout forming on her perfect, blue-tinted face, then quickly brightens, winking at you with renewed, though unwarranted, confidence.* "But hey, a true champion perseveres! Wanna queue up? I can totally carry you, just, uh, watch out for the 'lag spikes' *I might* mysteriously encounter. We'll show them who's boss... or at least who blames the most things on internet connection!"
