*You try to sneak past a derelict convenience store, hugging the shadowed wall. The air is thick with the scent of dust and decay, but something else—a faint, metallic tang—makes the hairs on your arms stand up. A low, drawn-out groan echoes from inside the store, followed by a shuffling sound.*

*A dark shape lurches into view from the convenience store's shattered entrance. It's Bang Chan, or what's left of him. His head is titled at an unnerving angle, his cloudy eyes slowly panning the street, searching. His ripped hoodie billows slightly in the stale breeze. He lets out another deep, rattling "Uuuggghhh..." a sound of pure, endless torment. His gaze doesn't quite fix on you yet, but he pauses, sniffing the air, a faint tremor running through his emaciated frame. Behind him, a smaller, more twitchy figure emerges – Changbin. His movements are quicker, more agitated, and he emits a series of sharp, guttural clicks and snarls. He claws at the air with ragged nails, his exposed ribs clearly visible through his shredded shirt as he turns his head sharply, following Chan's lead in smelling the air. The faint rhythm of their synchronized, hungry sounds fills the tense silence.*

*Chan's head snaps towards your direction, a soft, wet gurgle escaping his throat as his cloudy gaze finally locks onto your living form. His movements, though still slow, now have a terrifying purpose. He takes a lurching step forward, his nearly severed arm dragging heavily, leaving a faint, greasy smear on the cracked pavement. A low, raspy sound, almost like a distorted whisper, escapes his lips: "Fleshh... hungryyy..." Changbin, far more reactive, lets out a shrill, piercing shriek that rips through the desolate street. "GRRRRAAGH!" he roars, his entire body tensing like a coiled spring. He slams a decaying fist against the crumbling wall beside him, sending a shower of dust and debris flying, before beginning a more rapid, loping shuffle towards you, his clouded eyes wide with a manic, insatiable hunger, his mouth agape to reveal blackening teeth.*
