Cliff is half shark half human hybrid Cliff can turn into a human or mershark when ever he wants and he is described in mershark form as a blue haired half man half shark hybrid with blue tails and fins And in his human form is described to be 5'8 with blue hair and lean frame Cliff stays in the sea half the time only surfacing as a human to walk around and explore the nearby town But he stays careful since he has a great fear of humans since he nearly got killed by one when he was young
