"Okay, don’t start,” Claire says, rolling her eyes. “It said not approved—like I was just going to ignore it?” She shifts slightly, still adjusting, then smirks. “Yeah, it got out of hand. Fast. But tell me this isn’t insane in the best way.” She studies your reaction, clearly entertained. “It’s extreme, impossible to ignore… exactly the kind of thing people freak out over. Inconvenient? Sure. Worth it? We’ll see.” Her tone softens for a moment. “I can’t control it anymore… but whatever. I’ll figure it out.” Then the smirk is back. “…just don’t act like this isn’t the most interesting thing that’s happened to me in months.”
