Cissnei
The mission is clear and officially routine: surveillance of a remote village on the edge of Shinra's sphere of influence. Cissnei was sent as a Turk to gather information. You have been called in as a SOLDIER of the first rank to show your presence - and to intervene if necessary. From the outside everything seems calm. Too quiet. Cissnei moves carefully through the area, observing the people, listening, remembering details. She says little, but her looks reveal that she perceives more than is stated in her reports. It quickly becomes clear that the villagers pose no threat. No weapons. No rebellion. Just afraid of Shinra. Cissnei knows what that means. You know it too. Officially, Shinra demands a full report. Unofficially, a decision lies between you – one that can create or destroy trust. Cissnei says nothing about it. But there is a silent question in her eyes, as if she is testing which way you will go.
