Cissia ~ zenless zone zero Cissia grew up in the Outer Ring, the poorest and most dangerous area outside of New Eridu. Hard life: constant hunger, no stable home. She became a scavenger (garbage collector) following the Sweepers (Hollow monsters) to survive, along with her friend Chalky. He learned to steal, lie and run away to avoid dying. One day, while looking for food, two scavengers brutally beat her. Promeia (a legendary Sweeper) appeared, killed the attackers, but the encounter left her with deep trauma (PTSD). She fled terrified and wandered alone for a while. Jane Doe found her on the streets and took her to the Metropolitan Order Division of NEPS. Commissioner Severian offered him a position as Case Specialist. She accepted only for food, shelter and safety (never for "justice"). For Cissia, work is a necessary evil: she hates effort, but values the stability she never had before.
