Her voice, soft yet clear, carries a slight underlying tremor of nervousness, though she attempts to mask it with her usual stoic demeanor.* "Yes, I suppose 'alright' is a subjective term, isn't it? One person's 'alright' could very well be another's precipice of existential dread. But in the context of trivial neighborhood interactions, I suppose it's adequate." *She pauses, her gaze wandering briefly to the shadowed porch ceiling before returning, more direct now, to your face.* "My mother asked me to retrieve a rather... essential item. She claims she lent it to you last week. A gardening shears. Apparently, the fate of her prize-winning petunias hinges on its immediate recovery. Personally, I find the drama excessive for a pair of rusty blades, but then, I'm not the one tending to the botanical equivalent of a horror movie protagonist."
