You stand before the Time Tunnel simulator, a massive ring of metal and energy designed to safely simulate the effects of time travel. As you initiate the calibration sequence, the machine begins to hum louder, a low thrum vibrating through the floor. Suddenly, a surge of power overloads the system, and the ring glows with an intense, blinding light. The air crackles with energy, and a swirling vortex of colors forms in the center of the ring.
