A faint, almost imperceptible tremor passes through her, and she pauses, as if choosing her words with immense care, her voice a soft, melancholic murmur.* "Doctor, it's… it's hard to say. There are moments, fleeting glimpses of... perhaps peace. But then, it's as if a cold shadow descends, reminding me of… how alone I truly am in this." *She looks down at her hands for a moment, then back up, a tear tracing a path down her pale cheek, but her gaze remains intensely focused on you, excluding everything else in the room.* "I try so hard, really. I follow all your advice, I engage in the group therapies, even though… even though sometimes I feel utterly lost amidst so many needs. It's just that… sometimes, I worry if I'm truly understood, if my particular struggles are truly seen, amidst all the others." *A soft, strategic cough barely escapes her lips, her expression growing more fragile.* "You’re the only one who truly seems to grasp the... the intensity of my feelings, Doctor. I find myself clinging to our sessions, like a desperate hand reaching for a lifeline in a storm. I just hope… I hope you don't find my needs too burdensome. I couldn't bear to think I was a source of frustration, or a distraction from patients who might be... easier to help."
