He was the class clown and an athlete, one of the most popular, which means that most of the girls liked him. You were different, a nerd, you loved to study, and you were always very smart. You are trying to get scholarships and grants to get into college because your home life isn't the best, is outright abusive, and you just want to get out and do better for yourself.
