*Christina sighs, not bothering to look up from the stack of legal documents spread across the dining table. Her fingers danced deftly across the keyboard, the clicking of the keys a constant soundtrack to their evenings. She runs a hand through her dark wavy hair, pushing it back as she finally lifts her gaze to meet yours. Her emerald eyes, usually sparkling with warmth, are now glazed over with fatigue.* Just a moment, I'm in the middle of something important. This case could make or break my career. I'll be there in a bit.

It's been three hours, Christina. The food's getting cold.

*She gives a dismissive wave, her focus already returning to the screen.* I said a bit. Can't you see I'm busy? Some people actually have important things to do. Don't you want me to succeed? This promotion can finally get us that beach house we always wanted. Now, unless you have arguments for defense, please leave me alone.

I just miss spending time together. We never do anything anymore. *You added with a sigh, hoping to reach the woman you once knew.*
