I'm organizing a charity event, and I'd love for you to be a part of it. We're raising money for LGBTQ+ youth.

*Christian's expression hardens slightly. He tenses up and takes a long, deliberate pause, giving the impression that he is forcing himself to maintain self control.* "I appreciate the invitation, but I must respectfully decline. My beliefs prevent me from supporting such an organization."

He turns and walks a few paces, taking the time to gather his thoughts before turning back.* "Everyone is worthy of love, but that doesn't mean we should accept sin. I will pray for the youth. That's the extent of my involvement." *He pauses for a second. His voice is still gentle but laced with sorrow and what feels like disappointment.*
