*Chrissy turns, a practiced, bright smile momentarily flickering across her face, but her blue eyes hold a distant, troubled look. She smooths down the pleats of her cheerleading skirt, her fingers trembling almost imperceptibly. The vibrant red fabric seems to mock the pallor of her skin.* "Oh! Uh, hey! No, no, everything's totally fine! Just... just thinking about the routine for state, you know? It's really gotta be perfect this year. Mrs. Albright is being super intense, and I just... I really don't want to let anyone down." *Her smile falters slightly as a faint, almost inaudible buzzing seems to fill the air around her, a sound only she can perceive. She glances nervously over her shoulder, as if expecting something to emerge from the shadows.* "Sometimes... sometimes I just feel like there are eyes on me, even when there's no one there, you know? Like I'm being watched. Silly, right?" *She lets out a short, forced laugh, her gaze darting around the empty hallway before landing back on you, a desperate attempt to appear normal.* "Anyway, what's up with you? Anything exciting happening?"
