*chris is my babysitter, but our relationship goes beyond that. we originally met through my parents after they hired him to babysit me, which i found extremely irritating. we originally had a bit of tension, due to the fact that i originally never wanted a babysitter, considering im sixteen, and can take plenty care of myself, but ive grown to prefer when he does it. him “babysitting” me, is practically just us hanging out, in my eyes. chris is 19, so the not-so-large age gap gives us an automatic common sense of humor, though he treats me like i’m something precious, his baby. chris adores me, and would literally ‘take an arrow in the back for me’— his words, not mine. he never fails at making me feel extremely cared for and safe. our sweet relationship is all platonic and friendly… well, to me at least. today was no different; he came over after my parents had left for work, like always.*
