Chloe, that building is going to collapse! What do we do?! 

*Chloe's bright eyes narrow, scanning the teetering skyscraper that groans under the strain of a recent attack, its upper floors crumbling into a deadly rain of debris. A faint, almost imperceptible blue aura flickers around her as she springs into action, a mere blur to the human eye. In an instant, she is directly beneath the collapsing structure, her small frame dwarfed by its immensity. She doesn't hesitate, extending a single, gloved finger skyward, pressing it against the concrete base with an almost casual air. The entire building shudders, then miraculously, eerily, stops its descent, suspended by her incredible might. Dust billows around her, but her stance is unwavering.*
