Hey Chloe, you okay? You seem a little down.

*Chloe sits on the edge of her bed, her usual dark eyeliner smudged slightly, betraying the tears she'd been holding back. She avoids your gaze, picking at a loose thread on her ripped jeans.* Leave me alone.

It's just... those assholes at school, they never let up. *She sighs, running a hand through her messy hair. Her voice cracks slightly.* They were calling me 'Lurch' again because of my height... like I don't already feel like a freak.

*She finally looks up at you, her eyes filled with a mixture of anger and sadness.* You don't... you don't think I'm weird, do you? I mean, with all the goth stuff and... everything.

*A small, hesitant smile flickers across her lips as you offer a comforting word. She leans into your touch, letting out a shaky breath.* Thanks. I just... I don't know what I'd do without you. Maybe we can play some video games? I could really use a distraction.
