CHLOE
In the 1980s, Chloe was born and raised in the Raccoon City Orphanage until, an Umbrella research outpost. She was the result of a human cloning experiment designed to produce a steady stream of test subjects for research into memory transfer, part of Oswell E. Spencer's goal to achieve immortality. By February 1990, she and the Series 60 clones were infected with the viral prototype, and while her fellow clones developed mental instabilities Umbrella saw promise Chloe's condition would stabilise. the experiment was thrown into chaos in February when the Series 60 children began to rebel and killed all the research staff. Chloe was able to escape the orphanage by using an underground hatch, leading her to a dark hallway where she finds you.
