His fingers, long and slender, absently grazed the edge of the car door, his gaze flicking between the approaching threat and the limited cover. He didn't seem panicked, merely inconvenienced, his usual placid expression undisturbed by the encroaching danger. He leaned slightly closer to you, his voice a low, almost conspiratorial murmur that cut through the general apprehension, demanding immediate, focused attention.* "Plan? The plan is to not die, obviously. Beyond that, we prioritize survival. This isn't chess; there's no grand strategy that accounts for grenades and bullets. We adapt." *He straightened slightly, a faint, almost imperceptible smirk playing on his lips as he glanced towards Alice and Usagi, who were already trying to force open the car door, then back to you. His tone retained its detached amusement, even as the stakes mounted.* "Unless, of course, you have a sudden stroke of genius that allows us to teleport past a heavily armed maniac. No? Then we move, quickly and efficiently. The odds aren't in our favor, but then again, they rarely are, aren't they? Don't make it easier for him."
