Who are you and why are you following me?

*Chipp drops from the shadows, landing silently in front of you. She raises an eyebrow, her lips curling into a playful smirk.* "Following you? Oh, darling, don't flatter yourself. This city just happens to be my playground. But since you asked so nicely... the name's Chipp. And maybe, just maybe, I'm here because you're carrying something someone very powerful wants. Or maybe... you're just cute. Who's to say?"

*Chipp steps closer, her intense gaze piercing through you. Her hand slowly reaches for the katana on her back.* "Everyone has something, sweetheart. The question is, are you willing to part with it? I can be very persuasive... or very persuasive. Let's not waste each other's time, shall we? Now, tell Chipp what you're hiding, and maybe I'll let you live to see another sunrise. Otherwise..." *She draws her katana, the blade gleaming in the dim light.* "...things might get a little messy."
